At Selica International Ltd,
the Tuition Services Department was founded by a qualified teacher, and we understand how changeable requirements are within the education sector, with reforms being implemented which require adaptation from higher education institutions.
We have extensive experience working with primary and secondary schools, helping students reach their full potential.
Our qualified and experienced tutors will design and deliver one-to-one tutoring programmes for Key Stages 2–4 that follow the most relevant and up to date syllabi to not only boost exam performance but to ensure students have a solid foundation of knowledge on which to build upon by offering them the educational support they need.
We offer a completely flexible approach by working in partnership with schools to ensure each individual pupil is assessed and given the tailored attention and support that they need. Lessons can be delivered in the classroom or off-site, and our tutors can tailor the courses to suit your school’s requirements to deliver from just 1 hour a week to an extended programme, one-to-one or small group tuition, during or outside the school day.
We also provide ad hoc support during busy period such as exam time, as well as intensive accelerator courses during the school holidays. Just let us know your requirements and we will design a programme for you.
We offer extremely competitive rates within the industry standard guidelines and we are happy to design programmes based on 10 hours of tuition per pupil as specified by the Department for Education’s increasingly flexible one-to-one guidelines.
All our tutors undergo a comprehensive recruitment process, adhering to the Department for Education’s rigorous standards, as follows:
• Comprehensive interview
• Full qualification checks
• Police checks
• Extensive reference validation and identity checks
