This 2 day course is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge, and a toolkit of skills, to enable you to work with confidence as a manager & team leader.
2 Day Leadership & Management Course Introduction
This 2-day Leadership and Management course combines both of our 1 Day Leadership courses, Effective Leadership & Management & Leadership & Management: Performance Management into 2 consecutive days to allow delegates efficiently get the most out of the materials.
On Day 1 of the 2 days delegates are taken through the meaning of leadership, explanation of leadership styles and models and to identify and apply them to different working and behavioural styles in order to be a good leader.
Day 2 then moves on from this, looking at how you, as a manager, can get the most from your team through motivation by setting goals and objectives and performance management techniques e.g. 1:2:1's and appraisals.
Delegates attending will finish with a complete understanding of how to work with, manage and motivate their team members, being able to adapt their approach dependant on different behavioural and working styles.
