Course Overview

This course develops an all-round knowledge in L&D with skills and techniques you can translate across your business. This Diploma will also get you up to speed in digital learning, ready to transform your organisation.

Here are the 7 units you’ll cover - 5 compulsory and 2 from a pathway of your choosing – and what you’ll be able to do by the end of each one.

Modules Outline:
Module 1: Developing professional practice in L&D.

Module 2: Understanding the context of L&D.

Module 3: Using information, metrics and developing business cases for L&D.

Module 4: Evaluating L&D in a knowledge economy.

Module 5: Designing and developing digital and blended learning solutions.

Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at those with some L&D experience looking to update their skills or those wishing to move into L&D from HR training.

Requirements

This is a course for experienced HR/L&D professionals, so you will need previous formal qualifications to get started.
You’ll need:
• Some HR or L&D experience with an interest in developing to management level.
• Basic computer skills and access to a phone/tablet/laptop with internet.
• A solid grasp of the English language (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent if English is not your first language).
• You must be over the age of 18 or have a third-party payee for any financial agreement.
• A CIPD Foundation qualification or a relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification.
