Business Development Executive

Salary £17,000 - £20,000 per annum + Excellent Commission structure.

Selica International is a rapidly expanding, long standing organisation that specialises in Translation and Business Training Courses. We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive on a permanent basis for our office based in North London.

This role is suitable for a candidate operating in a similar sales based role which has given them the ability to develop new business, capitalise on leads and manage a sales pipeline which will be essential for this position. Previous experience in a similar industry would be desirable.

The candidate can expect their role to include the following responsibilities:

· Maintaining and developing relationships with new existing customers

· Acquiring new business from a developed leads database.

· Manage bookings from clients and update client tracker sheets regularly

· Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.

· Ensure product knowledge is of a high standard to enable effective delivery to clients

· Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

· Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions

· Ability to both create and close opportunities over the telephone.

· Previous results around a targeted role showing first class ability in a business to business sales role.

· Creative and able to generate ideas to help grow and develop the proposition.

· Ability to focus on both short-term goals and long-term strategic objectives.
